Steps to Convert Excel Contacts to vCard

You can try this manual process to get contacts to vCard from Excel. Here are the steps –

1. Open Excel file in MS Office
2. Arrange the data if not arranged already
3. Click on the File menu and click on Save As
4. Select CSV (Comma Separated Value) in Save As Type.
5. To import contacts from CSV, go to Contacts under programs.
6. Click on Import and select CSV and then hit the Import button.
7. Choose CSV file and click Open
8. Select contacts fields and click Finish
9. Now, to export contacts to VCF. Open the contact window.
10. Click the Export tab and select all contacts
11. Select vCard
12. Set an output location for VCF export and click OK
